The Total Foundation Solutions process
We begin by working with your structural engineer to ensure your soil profile meets geotechnical build requirements. Once your soil has been tested and signed off we will then follow an engineered plan for how your slab should be laid.
Once the ground is level on your site, we will complete any slab prep required including, setting string lines, installing our MSB Formwork, placing polystyrene ‘rafts’ and reinforced steel in preparation for your concrete pour.
Concrete will then be placed by our expert hands to ensure you have the highest quality foundation and slab for your new home.
Once your slab has set and cured we will remove our MSB Formwork to enable your build to further come to life.
We then wash our MSB Formwork with a high-pressure cleaner and store it away for the next project - no waste required, minimising your project’s impact on the environment.
