Meet the expert team behind Total Foundation Solutions
Your Central Otago concrete specialist
The Central Otago region is growing at an outstanding rate and concrete is the foundation (and finishing touch) for many of these homes, businesses and towns. We are committed to ensuring the quality application of this versatile material.
With our range of specialist skills and decades of experience as Qualified Builders, we saw an opportunity to offer our region a higher level of service, a professional approach and a seamless execution of the region’s concrete requirements. And with that, Total Foundation Solutions was formed.
Our experience in the construction industry allows us to understand project timelines, so our team can fit in cohesively with yours to ensure utmost efficiency and minimal delays. When we work with you, we work alongside you, whether you’re a Group Home, Project Manager, or Residential Builder, we have you covered.
Our dedication to quality and efficiency also means that we strive to offer our clients the best technology and systems. As one of the South Island’s only MSB Formwork installer, we offer a faster, safer and greener concrete service and superior finish.
Bob & Kate
With over 15 years of experience in the construction industry, Bob understands the importance of keeping projects to a strict timeline. While running his own independent construction company in Central Otago, there was an opportunity to deliver a more professional service and seamless delivery of concrete requirements big and small. The team work closely alongside engineers and suppliers to ensure your needs are met and your expectations are exceeded.
Kate is happiest working behind the scenes, overseeing the business and providing Bob with her support. She takes great pride in seeing the team take ownership of their work and values the strong relationships TFS has built with its clients. Knowing that so many customers return time and time again is a testament to the quality of work and dedication of the entire TFS team.
Our concrete experts
Throughout our years in the construction industry, we have had the pleasure of working alongside the best in the region. When creating Total Foundation Solutions, we knew it was important to have a team of professional, experienced and dedicated local concrete pourers, placers and builders that come together to make our service efficient, with a perfect finish every time.
